The History
Spencer Farm & Homestead has a rich history that dates back over 120 years. Sue and Mark Spencer moved the villa from 492 High Street, Motueka in 2012 to sit on 50 hectares overlooking Tasman Bay. Originally built in 1903 and named Stoney Morton (after the area in England where the Edwards family had come from), the villa has since been lovingly restored to its former glory, and gardens planted, it is now a sought-after wedding venue in the Tasman region. With its stunning views, elegant architecture, and charming character, Spencer Farm & Homestead is the perfect place to start your happily ever after.
